St. Petersburg, Florida - Most people would consider a finger being wagged in their face - rude. This past Wednesday, the Governor of Arizona shook her finger in the face of the most powerful man in the free world.

Priscilla Murtha runs her own company, "Protocol By Priscilla" where...more she teaches basic etiquette. Murtha said she had to learn about protocol not only from the pages of Emily Post's book, but from her parents as well.

Murtha said, "My daddy retired from the Joints Chief of Staff and so my parents and my brother and I attended formal events and my mom and dad taught us how to behave properly in any situation."

She has a problem with the way Arizona's Governor, Jan Brewer, greeted President Obama. Murtha said, "Especially considering it's our Commander in Chief and the first thing I noticed is the personal space. The Governor was much too close and the gesture is rude. USF tops list of Fla. schools for 'Sugar Babies'

Tampa, Florida -- As college students see the cost of tuition, books and fees go up, some students are finding a new way to make extra cash for school.  

"Ooh, the money that they can make, that's too much," said Kat Humphreis, a sophomore at USF.

Humphreis and Junior Gina...more Riley are learning how some classmates are making thousands of dollars a month by signing up as a "Sugar Baby".  

The website, Seeking Arrangement.com, pairs up wealthy older men or women known as "Sugar Daddies" or "Sugar Mommies" with younger, attractive men and women usually college students called "Sugar Babies" in exchange for companionship and monetary compensation.

"A college student wants help with college bills some with rent or for a man to pay for plastic surgery," explained Brandon Wade, the founder and CEO of Seeking Arrangement.com.

Wade said he has more than 1 million registered users looking for a "mutually beneficial relationship".

Body found in storage unit may have been there for 16 years

Law enforcement in Clearwater found Bunch's skeletal remains on Thursday inside a coffin nestled in a storage unit. Turns out the body may have been packed in there for 16 years, since shortly after Bunch died in 1994.

Three arrested for golf cart thefts

Ruskin, Florida -- Hillsborough deputies say they have arrested three people believed to have stolen more than a dozen golf carts from several mobile home parks.

Jason Beeche and Michael Griffiths were pulled over by deputies on Thursday after they were seen driving a golf cart on...more 19th Avenue NW and US 41 N in Ruskin. Detectives learned the golf cart was stolen from earlier that morning, and after investigating further, learned the two men were responsible for stealing 16 golf carts and also burglarizing several sheds over the last month.

With the information gathered, deputies also arrested Nicole Kramer, for allegedly buying and/or trading drugs for at least three of the golf carts. Tools stolen from the sheds were found in Kramer's hotel room.

"It is unusual," said Sgt. Robert Labarge, with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Even though the Gasparilla celebration is more than 100 years old, it's still brand new to some folks like Sherri Hatfield who recently moved to Tampa. Sherri says she's heard all about it. "That it's really crowded, lots of people and just total craziness," she says while picking out beads.

So 10 News asked some Gasparilla veterans to help out the first-timers. Their first big tip - get there early.

"Oh yeah, you definitely have to be there early. It fills up really fast," says UT student Mark Miller.
